I possess full authority to negotiate, and conclude, an Agreement to furnish wireless service under either of the above headings, or any alternative which may be acceptable. Whilst in Hong Kong I shall be pleased to discuss the subject with anyone interested or to answer as impartially as my long association with the Marconi Company will permit, any question upon wireless matters.

When I return to Peking, as I probably will next week,

I shall always be free to come to Hong Kong for any discussion

that may be difficult by correspondence.
